Welcome to One Minute of Liquor - a weekly video series from Elma Wine & Liquor. Join Tim as he reviews a bottle of liquor every week in sixty seconds or less. Today Tim reviews Glendronach 21 Year Single Malt Scotch. This is a Highland Scotch, meaning it comes from the Highlands in Scotland. Highlands are well known for being a sweeter styled scotch with less peat flavors. This scotch spends 3 years in ex-American whiskey barrels and then spends the rest of its time in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso Sherry casks. Very rich and dark color with some sweet aromas due to the sherry. Flavors of dried fruit, such as berries, that linger on the palate for a very smooth and long lasting finish. Cheers!
