A question we see asked a lot is, "What else can I cook in my Ooni?" - so I thought I'd show you how to roast a whole chicken, and guess what? It's super simple!

I'm sure some people will say a BBQ is a more suitable tool for this job, but not everyone has access to - or the space for - a BBQ, and of course the Karu 12 is also incredibly portable for holidays and day trips.
