VELEC Systems is able to install cleaning ramps on the conveyors of each line in order to automatically clean the equipment. These ramps will be an aid to cleaning without systematic dismantling of the belts.
The CIP (Cleaning in Place) system is made up of a double U-Shape ramp on which nozzles are positioned, allowing complete cleaning of the strip. A standard piping connection will be accessible outside from the conveyor to connect hot water, foam and sanitizer.
