A beautiful valley which most of the people donot know about. Sirikot is one of the 44 Union Councils of Haripur District, in the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan. It is located at 34°02'14.48N / 72°46'22.11E in Ghazi tehsil - Sirikot village is the principle settlement of the Union Council .
To the west of Haripur tehsil there is another very beautiful and populous village of the Mashwani's known as Gudwalian (Goodvalley), it is located between Haripur city and Sirikot(Ghazi). A majority of the population of Sirikot and Gudwallian (Goodvalley) is Pashto speaking, commonly known as Mashwani, a tribe of Pathans. The Hindko speaking community, which is the dominant community in Haripur District overall, is the second major population in this area.
The name of the valley is Sirikot. It is situated at the distance of about 35 Kilometer from Haripur and at a approximate distance of 27 Kilometer from the city of Terbela(Ghazi). Sirikot is in the mountain ranges named as Kohae "Gangar"or "Kangar" ranges. This valley is almost right in the middle of Haripur an Ghazi.
