This is a case of a 78-year-old patient with combined aortic valve disease including severe aortic stenosis and mild aortic regurgitation. Aortic valve replacement was performed employing a "sutureless aortic valve” (su-AV), a type of valve which facilitates anchoring of bioprostheses in the aortic position without use of conventional sutures.
