Introducing mild version of bibim guksu.
Base of sauce is soy sauce, so people who can’t eat spicy food can also enjoy.
Ingredients: (for 1 serving)
Ottogi wheat noodle 100g
Carrot 30g
Zucchini 50g
Soy sauce 2T(30ml)
Sugar 1T(15ml)
Minced garlic 1T(15ml)
Sesame seeds 1T(10g)
Sesame oil 2T(30ml)
Direction:
1. Sauce: mix all ingredients. (Soy sauce 2T, sugar 1T, sesame il 2T, minced garlic 1T, sesame seeds 1T)
2. Garnish: cut carrot and zucchini into long thin strips
3. Boil wheat noodles in a pot of 1L of boiling water for 3 mins.
Size of a 10 pesos coin is for one serving. It is also indicated on the package.
When bubbles boil up, pour cold water about 50ml.
4. After 2 min, add zucchini and carrots and cook together for last 1 minute.
5. Drain and rinse noodles. Wash like doing laundry. Starch of noodle is gone and it will make noodles chewy. Remove water thoroughly.
6. Place noodles in a bowl. Add sauce and quickly mix.
