Otosclersosis is a common condition for conductive hearing loss. it occurs more in women, more during pregnancy time and causes gradual reduction in hearing. Otosclerosis operating techniques have seen dramatic shifts from excision of footplate to a more stable Fisch's reverse stapedotomy. Here we demonstrate the surgery using Skeeter drill to facilitate the perforation process.
