So... is this what you expected the video to be about? :D I want to emphasize again that there are SO MANY possible obstacles to consistent daily productivity. This is just one that I don't hear talked about often. One that, when I learned about it, changed the way I view my schedule *entirely*.

I didn't want to include TOO many specific details on what each phase of the cycle is like, because everyone will experience them differently. My goal is simply to remind you that we all function differently and perhaps to inspire you to give this framework a try, if you've been struggling with maintaining a daily or weekly routine. Remember - the best way to get to know YOUR personal cycle is to track it!
