Auckland Live sat down with Gerome's head Chef James Kenny and talked about his style of cooking plus his upcoming Taste of Auckland debut.
Gerome is influenced by the Greek way of cooking, the changing seasons and the abundance of New Zealand produce. Their meat, fish and seafood are cooked on the chargrill and wood-fire then paired with the best Aegean cheeses, herbs and flavours.
Taste of Auckland starts on November 1st at Queen's Wharf.
