Overtime, the UV protection, water repellency or breathability of your canvas, cotton, or polyester tent may deteriorate. For maximum protection and longevity, we recommend washing and reproofing your tent at least once every few years. If your tent is used as a permanent fixture, it's wise to do this seasonally.
