WHAT IS VIGRA?
Viagra’s scientific name is Sildenafil.
HOW TO TAKE VIAGRA?
Take Viagra half an hour to 1 hour before sex on an empty stomach. If you take it with food, it may take longer to work. It should be taken with a full glass of water.
You should only be taking viagra maximum once a day, which is every 24 hours. Now, not everyone will response to Viagra. If that doesn't work for you. Do not pop the second pill.
It maybe nice to have some alcohol before having sex. However, I would strongly discourage that. because it increases the risk of you getting side effects of viagra. and Alcohol consumption causes erectile dysfunction in the first place.
WHEN WILL VIAGRA START WORKING?
Viagra has a half life of 4 hours. The amount of time Viagra takes to start and stop working varies from person to person. It usually starts working as early as 30min to an hour. it peaks within 30min to 2 hours and effects can last for two to three hours, and starts to wear off after 3 hours and. Viagra usually stops working after 6-8 hours.
VIAGRA SIDE EFFECTS
as of all medications, it comes with side effects. So does Viagra. I will put a link down below so you can access a list of side effects. but, I don’t want you to be alarmed by it. because often if side effect does occur, usually its minor and temporary. However, Talk to your doctor if you are worried about them.
Now some side effects that may be serious and I want to bring it to your attention. Because you would need to go to the emergency department immediately if this happens
1. signs of allergy such as shortness of breath, wheezing or difficulty breathing; swelling of the face, lips, tongue or other parts and other parts of the body
2. chest pain
3. increased heart rate
4. sudden decrease or loss of hearing
5. seizures, fits or convulsions
6. loss of eyesight in one or both eyes or experience changes in vision such as blurring, a blue colour to your vision or a greater awareness of light,
7. changes to your normal vision such as: - red or yellow colour tinges to your vision or colourless objects appear coloured or you see a halo around lights, sparks or lights when your eyes are closed.
8. your erection is increased, painful or persists for longer than usual. Erection persist for more than 4 hours is known as Priapism. if that happens you must go the the emergency department of the hospital. Priapism can damage the penis and could cause permanent erection problems. that’s why must be treated immediately.

VIAGRA DRUG INTERACTIONS

1. Nitrates eg glyceryl trinitrate. Common brand names are Nitrolingual sprays, Nitro-Dur, Transiderm nitro, Ikorel, monodur to treat chest pains. eg. Angina
2. GCS guanylate cyclase (sGC)-stimulator eg. such as Adepmas to treat high blood pressure in lungs
3. cimetidine - eg Tagamet to treat stomach ulcers
