I didn't just want to pick out a few shoes and not give you any kind of reasoning for it, so I picked out my favorite shoes and what they're best suited for. These are ALL excellent CrossFit shoes, but some work better in certain ways than others. You can't go wrong with any of these, if anything this is just more reason to own them all!
