When you're in the small mountain town of Sóller watch out for the trams! These distinctive wooden vehicles run down the middle of the main square! Apart from the wooden tram and the train that gets you here from Palma, Sóller is especially famous for its fantastic oranges. You can't find orange juice like this anywhere else! In the main square you'll see the historic church of Sant Bartomeu with its beautiful, colourful rosette above the entrance. Next to the church is the Banc de Sóller, also a historic building. Both buildings were designed by a pupil of the eminent artist Gaudi. The rest of the town is made up of charming narrow streets, stone houses and green shuttered houses.
