Beef Idichathu( 1C- 200ml)
Beef curry cut- 1/2 kg
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Chilly powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
Salt
Vinegar- 1 tbsp
Water- 1 c
Mix all ingredients together and cook the meat for 35 minutes in a pressure cooker keeping the flame low.
After opening the pressure cooker check for water content and if its not dry cook(do not use lid) until the meat is completely dry.
Once it cools down, blend the meat in a mixer for 3 to 4 second (do not blend too long)
Coconut oil- 2-3 tbsp
Shallots(crushed) - 20 nos
Garlic (crushed)- 7 nos
Red dry chilly(crushed)- 1 tbsp
Green chilly(slit)- 3 nos
Curry leaves-
Pepper cones- 3/4 tsp
Fennel seed- 1 tsp
