•Do you have permission to upload these translated episodes?
Yes, I do. I received permission from the creators. They encourage the fans to translate their work. Neither of us gain anything from it, it is purely for you to enjoy.
•But why would you translate it if there is an English dubbed version?
Because the English version isn't accurate to the original things being said by the characters. Besides, just like in anime, a dubbed version isn't always likable by fans. Some fans prefer to experience the original language and read the accurately translated subtitles.
•There are English subtitles on some of the first episodes though!
Yes, and once again, they aren't accurate. I am a native Russian speaker and a pretty good English speaker just as well. Besides, my subtitles are color-coded to help fans with hearing loss/hearing aid. My subtitles also include a description of what voices take place on screen when no character is talking, all to help for everyone to enjoy it as much as possible.
