Man in southwest China's Yunnan province recently found two slender lorises sold in a rural market. Knowing the species is enlisted protected animal in China, he spent 1200RMB(183 USD) to buy them and sent the two little creatures to local police station.
Slender loris is enlisted as 1st class endangered and protected species of China. The species' population in China is around 500.
