As satisfying as it was to see Cobra Commander return and deal with Serpentor in the DIC series of G.I Joe, I always felt cheated of what Sunbow's take on this would have been (if they had planned to go that way, that is).
I restored some of the picture quality from the dull looking DIC dvd transfer, added Sunbow music to replace that terrible soundtrack DIC had, inserted Cobra Commander's classic look, and deepened Destro's voice to make him sound more like Arthur Burghardt.
