This one is very easy if you know how to do it. The Gorgons have to stun you 10 times to beat this challenge. To make a Gorgon attack you with this kind of green fog try to grab the gorgon by pressing circle. You should never jump! If you jump they will stun you and that kills you every time while you're in the air because you become a stone and break as you fall down. Do only use Circle and don't attack other enemies, just the gorgons.
When you see the Gorgon tries to stun you press L1 to counter it but don't stun back. Try to ignore all other enemies. It doesn't matter if they hit you a few times.

Completing all Challenges of Olympus unlocks the "Up to the Challenge" gold trophy.
