This is one of the special patches that takes place in the 2002-03 season. For me, it was special since I know how hard it is to make a patch from scratch, especially this kind of retro patch that usually doesn't have that many existing resources, like kit; player appearances; player stats; etc. I really like how well they put effort into the second-division teams, which is one of the new features in the v3. You'll find new teams such as Napoli, post-bankruptcy Fiorentina, recently-relegated-legendary-teams like Leicester and Ipswich, or will-be-promoted in the future like Portsmouth, Wolverhampton, Ancona, and Boavista (which is special considering their position in UEFA Cup and domestic at that time)
This masterpiece was made by @XZIITED which goes with the name Dreamfinder at Evoweb forum. I really appreciate this patch, since this full-season patch gives me an accurate impression of how the 2002-03 season would look like.
