This CHICKEN BINAKOL or Chicken Cooked In Buko Juice is my version of a famous Ilonggo dish similar to a "Tinolang manok Sa papaya." But what makes this recipe different is the sweetness of the soup because it uses coconut juice to simmer the chicken. Young coconut is also added together with some other veggies of your choice. 1 kg chicken assorted cuts
1 1/2 cup young coconut
4 1/2 buko juice
1 big sayote
1 medium red onion
3 cloves garlic
3 stalks lemongrass
2 thumbs ginger
tsp fish sauce
1/2 rsp ground black pepper
4 pcs siling pangsigang
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
