Ngee Ann Polytechnic has opened a new facility to serve as a living lab for its engineering students. It allows them to test solutions in fields like renewable energy and autonomous transport. This is part of a collaboration with Yinson GreenTech and MooVita, the company behind a driverless shuttle bus being tested on campus. The new facilities also include electric vehicle charging systems that draw on renewable energy from a solar farm on site.
