Hi everyone, welcome back to my channel! Today's recipe is a very common recipe for Bangladeshis and is commonly enjoyed in Ramadan as an Iftar item and the Eids. It is crispy, delicious and is perfect to eat as a side dish or starter.
INGREDIENTS:
2 large potatoes
3 eggs
1/2 a teaspoon of chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 a teaspoon of coriander powder
1/2 a teaspoon of cumin powder
1/2 a teaspoon of garam masala powder
1/2 a teaspoon of salt, or to taste
2 chopped green chillies, or to taste
1/4 cup of chopped coriander
1 tablespoon of garlic and ginger paste
1/2 a cup of chopped onions
1 tablespoon of cornflour/cornstarch
1 tablespoon of butter for added flavour
some oil
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
