With the occurrence of "early onset puberty" common in autistic kids, we found our family thrust into the real issues of mental health and depression as our daughter started coping with body changes, hormones, and of course autism.

It's been hard and we have had to make some difficult decisions about how to best support our daughter as her mental health crashed.

In this episode I recount our story and what we had to do to get the support my daughter so desperately needed.
