- Naomi's missions are freakishly longer than Gabe's missions are. Her medical field is going to seriously occupy a lot of videos.
- If you were wondering who Navel is, he's the unnamed Delphi assistant that appeared with Naomi in her special missions in Trauma Center: Second Opinion.
- Naomi Kimishima is voiced by Kirsten Potter, who apparently did not voice her in the previous game (I think).
- As an extra, Navel is voiced by Yuri Lowenthal.
