The 11 second club is a monthly animation competition thing where you animate over 13 seconds of audio from a movie or something. if you go to [ Ссылка ] you can vote for the best submission at the end of the month however that will involve watching everyone else's submissions which would boring so don't do that. Also I want to win the competition using my superior animation skills.
I haven't done one of these in about 7 years, I recently switched from 3D Max to Blender because I got a new PC which didn't have a disk drive and the 3D Max CD Rom installation disk which I bought legally from a man at a car boot sale won't fit in the USB port. I was playing around with rigging my old models in the new software and felt this would be a good way to practice some animation.
I quite enjoy using Blender, I avoided it like the plague for years because it had a terrible UI however they made it not terrible in some of the more recent versions and I decided to give it a try. It does most of the 3D thingys pretty well except for skeleton rigging. For some reason the weight painting tool in Blender is broken and doesn't work or maybe my PC is haunted or I just don't know what I'm doing. I won't be making any Skeleton cartoons anyway because that would scary and I want to tell my great Auntie Gladys about this channel at some point and I don't think she'd like any scary Cartoons.
This was animated in about 6 hours using a keyboard and mouse, audio is from some TV show.
