Today I show how to make a white pizza with ricotta and mozzarella.
We used to get this in NY, it was pretty common there. Not to many places
here in TX make this and it's easy to do at home.

Ingredients:
1 prepared thin pizza crust
8 oz of ricotta
4 oz of mozzarella
olive oil
garlic powder
mushrooms (optional)
