I love having instant ramen for breakfast, but I like to make it more gourmet. When I make my instant ramen I add, green onions, enoki mushrooms, one egg, chili oil and a Thai chili pepper. My ramen is a quick and easy meal that is so delicious. I know I said I have it for breakfast, but you can also have this ramen for lunch or dinner. I've even had it as that late night snack when cravings set in. I think noodle soup is good for any occasion.
