Hi there! Welcome to my channel. My name is Nneka and this is High Black Girl a community for my Black girlies (or any girlies!) can come together and grow into our absolute highest potential financially, spiritually, and physically!

In today's video I share a day in my life as a Black yoga instructor in NYC. I teach a class and run a few errands at Bloomingdale's and Sephora in Soho.

I had a bit of a rough morning so I have a slow start to my day and start with journaling and a brief meditation.
