Lumbar spondylosis is an age-related change of the bones (vertebrae) and discs of the lumbar spine. These changes are often called degenerative disc disease and osteoarthritis. In this condition patients complain of lower back pain, back stiffness, leg pain (sciatica), disc bulge. some time due to lumbar spondylosis can develop disc bulging, slipped disc, l4 l5 s1 disc herniation .
