At least three people were killed after a bus carrying 20 passengers crashed into a river in St. Petersburg, according tso Russian media. Horrifying video captured the moment the bus smashed into a car and spun off the bridge.

The uncontrollably driven car was observed aggressively swerving down the road, slamming into oncoming vehicles, and then smashing through the fence of the bridge and into the Moika River.

The number 262 bus sank, leaving only its roof visible above the water for hours until a crane hauled it out this afternoon, shocking onlookers who raced over.
