India is a land of gods.Many mythological stories are related to this land.Since ancient times ancestors used to tell mythologoical stories to their descended. Here are some mythological stories for kids.
BIRTH OF KARTHIKEYAN: This is the story of the birth of karthikeyan. After marriage, on indra's request to produce an heir, Lord shiva gives god Agni a seed that he drops into the gangers. The seed splits into six pieces and from each piece a boy emerge. When parvathi hears about this she hugs all six boys and they merge together to form one boy with six heads who she names karthikeyan.
