In this video I will show you how to decode Tetra voice using RTL SDR (RTL2832) dongle and Tetra demodulator plugin in SDR #.
I assume that you have a working SDR environment.

You will need c++ 2012/2013 redistributable library (32bit works), otherwise you may see error when start SDR Sharp with the plugin. Download from here: [ Ссылка ]

One thing I found is the plugin's auto voice control, it breaks after 5 seconds then lost audio so I uncheck it and select the active channel manually.
