Tuxedo is two weeks out of holding. We have been practicing these exercises with a natural horsemanship "carrot stick", but this was Tux's first experience with a halter. She is still a little uncomfortable with me standing on her left side, so we will work on that while I wait for her pen to dry up. It is so important to prepare a mustang as much as possible before slapping on a halter.
