Ingredients:
6-8 Red Bell Peppers
1.5lbs Lean Ground Beff
1 Medium Potato
1 Medium Onion
1 Cup Rice
10 Small Carrots
4 Minced Carlic Cloves
3 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
