I hope you enjoy this 20 minute Pilates Tower session! I was feeling a bit tired on the day I filmed this so most of the workout is done lying down. I’m using a mini ball which is optional. This is a great workout for beginners and yet I believe that even more advanced Pilates students will like it as well.
