Exploring Abandoned Funeral Home With Morgue And Chapel
This abandoned funeral home was built in 1925 by a local mortician that used his large family home as his residence and his funeral parlor business. The funeral home operated out of the family home for many years. It was even passed down to the morticians son, who followed in his father’s footsteps and took over the funeral home and the family business. Unfortunately, business began to suffer as the son ran the funeral home into financial ruin and eventually bankruptcy. The funeral home closed for good around 2012. It has been abandoned ever since.
