Anti-noise campaigners in India are trying to stop drivers using their horns so much, saying it makes up 70% of noise pollution in cities. India's capital is bathed in the constant sound of car horns and campaigners are trying to put a stop to it by telling drivers to use it only when strictly necessary. Report by Jeremy Barnes.
