Home made RX BARS 💪🏼
If you, like me, like to always have a nutritious snack ready to go, this one is for you!
For 8 bars I used:
• 1/2 cup raw almonds
• 1/2 cup raw cashews
• 14 pitted Medjol dates
• 3 servings unflavored collagen peptides
• 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup non sweet dark chocolate mini morsels
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
They are delicious and you can use your creativity to experiment with more flavors!
