So despite doing a clutch and slave cylinder I was getting high RPM lockout. I thought I needed a master next or maybe better clutch than Exedy.
But I had a lightbulb moment. Actually hold the shifter after the slam. The MT82 shifter is like spaghetti but it works at 7000 RPM (even then not for everyone) it's so flexy that you can't shift like an S2000 and expect crisp shift at RPM.
Need MGW or similar shifter to truly cure lockout and also 4.10 gears.
These things might have to wait because my Evo needs attention.
