Speaker 1: Today, we're gonna take a look at the Timbren axle-less trailer suspension system with the 4" lift easy lube spindles, no hubs, and a 5200 pound weight capacity. Now this suspension system will provide a nice safe, smooth, quiet ride for your trailer. It's two separate units that will replace your existing axle. If you notice on these, they use the Aeon progressive rate mainsprings right here to help absorb road shock, support your trailer's load, delivers a nice smooth, stable ride, regardless of the load size. They will compress and become stiffer as the load increases, boosting your spring's strength. The rebound springs, which are right back here, will act as a return device to minimize rattle and bottoming out.
They'll create constant pressure on the arm so the suspension is never completely relaxed. These are two independent units. They can eliminate the need for a through axle. They will increase ground clearance, gives you a lower deck height for easy loading and unloading, helps reduce roll during cornering, and it'll fit any trailer width. It has built in camber and tow-in to help your trailer to track straight, reducing wear on your tires. If you notice on the spindles, it's a 4" lift easy lube spindle, which will accept trailer hubs that we do sell separately.
It will work with the Dexter 2600 pound hubs, part number A-201-5UC3-EZ or the 8-213-5UC1-EZ. Both of those hubs will work on this and we do list those on our website and they are sold separately. The 4" lift on this will provide maximum ground clearance and the spindles can be easily removed from the units for simple replacement if they are damaged and if you notice, they also have the 5 bolt brake mounting flange on them. These are a heavy duty steel construction. They have a nice black powder coat finish on them to help resist wear and corrosion.
They are very easy to install on a line. They can be bolted on or welded to your trailer's frame. Again, the specs on this, these are designed to fit one axle and two axle trailers that use regular tires. They are not recommended for triple axle trailers. The weight capacity on these is 5200 pounds. Now on the spindle and the hub, the compatibility, the bearings they use, the inner would be part number 25580 and the outer would be either 515123 or LM67048 and the seal that's used on these has a diameter of 2.25" and it does include, if you notice right here, the spindle nuts, washers, and the cotter pins.
But that should do it for the review on the Timbren axle-less trailer suspension system with the 4" lift easy lube axles, no hubs, and a 5200 pound weight capacity.
