This video is about how to make Japanese cheese curry with Java curry roux.
Java is a popular brand of Japanese curry cubes made by House Foods. Like most Japanese curry cubes, Java curry cubes they come in three heat grades, "Low", Middle" and...yes, you guessed it... "High"!

You don't have to use Java, you could try the Golden Curry brand instead if that's what you have available. I added a little curry powder to the recipe because I like a little more spice in this dish, but again, it's up to you. Cheddar cheese and curry probably shouldn't work but it really does! After all, Indian curry often uses paneer cheese.
