If you ever wanted to drive like a maniac in Hydro Thunder but got to be on some kind of ground or floor in some big-ass 4X4 truck, well here you go with the second entry in Midway's "Thunder" series of games (Hydro Thunder, Arctic Thunder, and 4-Wheel Thunder). While I have never played the arcade machine version, I understand that this version on the Midway Arcade Treasures 3 compilation (released for PS2, Xbox, GameCube, and PC) is the only home port of this hidden gem of an arcade racer.

Here's a full playthrough of all the tracks in the original Xbox version of MAT3's Offroad Thunder, which runs okay although there are some noticeable framerate drops and some graphical glitches.
