Theres an area above gizamalukes grotto where you have a 100% chance to run into these. come packing with corol rings on everyone i only had 2 at this point for some reason. You can also use level 5 death on i which is what i was original going to show but that didn't go as planned.
If you find yourself in a situation like i was just have zidane attack and vivi spam blizzaga since grand dragons are weak to ice element. It's also a very good level grinding spot. But at this point in the game you really don't need to.
