The rim to rim to rim is a trail running adventure that starts at one rim of the grand canyon crosses some 20 miles to the other then returns to the starting rim. All in all it is approximately 42 miles in length and some 11,000 feet or so of uphill, lactic acid generating agony. I wasn't going to put this episode together. It's too lo-fi, we both didn't shoot enough footage and I didn't feel like it captured our rim to rim to rim experience in the Grand Canyon. But Blake seemed really stoked on this trip and kept asking me about it so this is for him. I had a next level come apart during this adventure but I plan to go back and give it another go.
