This is the only Korean Rolled Omelet you'll need. I'll show you how to whip this omelet up with or without cheese, and you can eat it as a banchan (side dish) or for breakfast.
All you'll need is a pan, egg, carrot, scallion, & cheese (optional). You can also use your preferred vegetables, but these are my go-to because it is a very delicious and pretty color combination.
Tip: Make these for your kids because they love egg omelets. Especially you can sneak in some vegetables without them knowing.
