Boris Johnson has said Covid restrictions may get 'tougher' in the UK over the next few weeks but added that he still expected the situation to have improved by spring.  During a BBC interview with Andrew Marr on Sunday, the prime minister declined to set out what kind of tougher measures might be part of that package and noted that he had not spoken of a potential ‘tier 5’
