"Three Rules and Eight Notices for Attention", is a Chinese Military Patriotic song originally used by Mao's Guerrilla Forces during the Chinese Civil War. The title refers to the doctrine handed down to soldiers of the People's Liberation Army and Red Guards to serve as a guideline regarding, but not limited to, the treatment of civilians, allocation of property and the rule of command.
"The East Is Red" is a Chinese song and dance epic that recounts the History of the Communist Party, from events such as the resistance of the Japanese Occupation, to the Victory of Communist Forces over the Nationalists in 1949. The Video and Song have been used from this film.
