Follow the steps below in order to configure a GPO that will install Mozilla Firefox.
1. On your server, create a shared network folder for example Test.
2. Download the firefox MSI file and paste it inside the folder.
3. Ensure permissions on this folder.
5. Open Group Policy Management from server Tools - Group Policy Management.
6. Expand The Forest.
7. Right-click the domain name for Example TEC.se and click Create a GPO in this domain...
8. Name it for example Firefox and click Ok.
9. Select Firefox and add some users.
10. Right-click Firefox and select Edit.
11. Select User Configuration - Policies - Software Settings - Software installation - Right-click the box right-hand side and select New - Package ..
12. Now select the server path where we paste the Firefox MSI file.
13. select Assigned - Ok
14. After some time later we can see the Mozilla Firefox file.
15. Right-click Firefox file and select properties - Deployment - click Install this application at logon.
16. Click Ok.
17. Close all.
18. Now I am login into another client's pc, and after sometime later I can see that Firefox installed successfully!!!!!
