A man was spotted kayaking through the flooded streets of Salt Lake City, Utah, on August 1 as heavy rain inundated the north-central part of the state.
The National Weather Service issued multiple severe thunderstorms and flash flood warnings throughout Sunday.
Video filmed by local resident Paul Campbell shows a man paddling and scooting himself through a waterlogged intersection in a kayak on Sunday.
