In this video I show you guys how to crack the safe in chapter 5 The Forsaken. In this chapter you enter an insane asylum in search for clues of Erin's past. Eventually you come upon the Operating room and see a safe with 3 dials on it directly to the left when you walk in the door. This one is a tricky one to crack, but with some patience and attention to detail I managed to solve the puzzle.
